Youth Rally Info

What is the Youth Rally?

It is six days of fun and learning about rural electric cooperatives, leadership and meeting other students from Idaho, Alaska, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming. It's an opportunity to develop leadership skills, self-esteem, enjoy social activities like swimming and dancing and just plain fun.

Who can participate?

Students in their sophomore or junior year whose parents or guardians receive power from United Electric. Up to 10 students will be chosen.

When & where is the Rally held?

The rally is held each July at College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho. (Transportation will be provided.)

What is the cost involved?

If you are selected, United Electric will pay for the cost.

How do I apply?

Pick up your application at your school counselor's office or at United Electric, 1330 21st St, Heyburn or click here. 
 
Your application must be completed and turned in to United Electric by 5:00 pm on April 27, 2020.  An interview will be conducted shortly thereafter with each applicant.
